Translation quote for your documents and projects

Tell us what you need translated, who will use the result and when you need it. Tri Viet reviews your documents and project requirements before confirming the scope, delivery format and quotation

A quote that reflects your project

A technical manual, business agreement and application interface require different preparation. Please share the source files, language pair, intended audience and any reference material, such as approved terminology or a previous translation.

For a set of documents, include a file list and identify the latest version. If only part of a file needs translation, mark that scope clearly. This helps align the quotation with the work you actually need.

Documents, localization and interpreting

Tri Viet supports technical documents, business records, financial reports, personal documents and long-form manuscripts. Website, software and application localization also require interface context, file rules and any character limits.

For interpreting, share the agenda, date, duration, location or meeting platform and subject area. Translation of supporting documents and interpreting during the event should be specified as separate requirements.

Files, layout and delivery

Editable source files are helpful for maintaining tables and layout. Scanned PDFs, images, diagrams and text embedded in artwork may need additional preparation. Please indicate whether you need an editable translation, a PDF or bilingual content.

If a receiving institution requires a particular form of certification, share its instructions before confirming the work. Acceptance requirements should be checked with the receiving organization.

Review and confirmation

The quotation depends on language pair, volume, specialist content, source quality, formatting and delivery requirements. A deadline is confirmed after the materials and scope have been reviewed.

Use the request form or contact Tri Viet to discuss your project. The team can clarify terminology, document versions and delivery expectations so both sides work from the same brief.
